Business Reporting

• Analyses, identifies and integrates sourced data and trends into position papers, proposals, recommendations and plans with concise and focused reports in order to inform strategic direction

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Manages relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met while supporting senior colleagues in managing more important client and customer relationships
• Deals with problems arising from execution of transactions and resolves problems and complaints of a moderate level of difficulty
• Responds to clients and stakeholder requests, concerns, complaints.
• Resolves, suggests changes, identifies, analyses and gathers relevant client or stakeholder information

Complaints Resolution

• Deals with escalated, ambiguous and complex complaints.
• Engages other stakeholder to resolve underlying systems, processes and product dynamics.

Administration Management

• Prepares Board packs, takes minutes at departmental meetings and prepares presentations

Risk Management

• Identifies and assesses risks in terms of likelihood, severity and magnitude of impact.
• Contributes to the development of risk management solutions, processes, models and frameworks
• Proactively reduces risk/exposure and minimises losses by monitoring the adherence to risk controls and measures

Project Management

• Delivers own small-scale or medium-scale projects by working within an established program management plan
• On behalf of the General Manager Transmission & Distribution, manages and oversees key projects and initiatives for the department

Budgeting & Costing

• Takes responsibility of delivering a prescribed budget for own area of the organization while working within established systems

Improvement & Innovation

• Identifies shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures.

Policy Development & Implementation

• Provides input into the development of procedures for an area within the organization, then monitors the implementation of those procedures.

Safety, Health and Environment

• Ensures that all safety and loss control standards (Safety Health and Environmental) contained in the Corporation’s standards are adhered to.
