Procurement and Logistics Manager – Uncharted Africa Safari co.

Operating within the tourism industry for almost three decades now, Uncharted Africa Safari co. runs award-winning Safari Camps and Expeditions throughout Botswana.

UASCo currently employs some 250 people on a full time basis and is currently seeking highly experienced individuals to join its team in various capacities as it grows its operations through various exciting developments lined up that will see it increase its footprint and employee base.

The successful candidate will in this instance be a committed, well-organised individual, who is not afraid of a challenge.

PROCUREMENT & LOGISTICS MANAGER

Requirements:

• A Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree).
• At least 5 years’experience in a similar role (preferably in the hospitality industry).
• Diploma applicants must have at least 7 years’experience
• Must be at least 30 years old and hold clean drivers licence and PRDP
• Valid passport

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Negotiating best deals with suppliers
• Contract Management
• Vehicle Fleet Management
• Financial Management

Remuneration/Benefits

• Salary: PI 80 000.00 – P216 000.00 per annum
• Medical Aid -100% Contribution (Employee only)
• Funeral Cover
• Annual Leave – 24 Days per annum

This position is accountable to the Operations Manager and is open to citizens only.
