VACANCY

Imadiswaete Society is duly registered by the Department of Civil and National Registration. One of the main objectives of the Society is to provide assistance to members for burial expenses and provide welfare to the remaining dependents.

The Society’s main offices are in Mochudi.

The following vacancy has arisen within our structure: Receptionist/Cashier

Responsible To

Directly : Accounts Administration

Indirectly: Treasurer

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Basic Knowledge of Accounting/AAT/ Secretarial or Administration Qualification
• O Level Pass (Preferrable including Maths and English)
• Computer literacy and knowledge of Windows applications
• An advantage to having a Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance
• Driver’s licence an advantage
• Fluency In Setswana and English

JOB DESCRIPTION PRIMARY DUTIES

• Manning the reception of the Society and receiving all visitors
• Receipting and Banking all payments
• Updating customer payment records
• following up members with arrears on payments
• Providing all cash reports and reconciliations as required by Management or Executive Committee

SECONDARY DUTIES

• Assisting with membership recruitment
• Assisting in other departments where there n need
• Any other duties as delegated by Management or Executive Committee
