FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

Recruiting for an experienced FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER who must;

• Have bar knowledge including stock control, receiving, maintenance of stock levels, stock rotation, and processing of stock,
• Ensure adherence of stock control procedures.
• Manage Front of House team including scheduling, training and general supervision
• Report and liase with General Manager regarding all issues Front of House
• Possess strong managerial skills as duties may include recruitment, training, and disciplining staff.
• s Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time
• Excellent computer skills
• Knowledge of GAAP POS system will be an added advantage
