VACANCY: DIRECT SALES AGENT WANTED

TCT invites applicants to apply for the post of Direct Sales Agent.

Responsibilities

• Sell TCT services to prospective new customers and existing customers.
• Achieving sales and targets.
• Conduct presentations to explain features, advantages and benefits of our service to customers.
• Ensure that new business applications are completed accurately; where necessary assist customers to complete applications.
• Respond to customer’s queries.
• Perform administrative tasks such as capturing, maintaining records and handling revenues.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking.
• Maintain a professional relationship with every customer.
• Maintain confidentiality as required by the business on matters of confidential nature.
• Responsible for offering customers excellent service that upholds our customer experience standards.

Qualifications

A minimum of diploma in sales and marketing or relevant field will be an advantage.
