Change Management Responsibilities
- Produce anddocumenta Change Management Charter,Change Project Plan and Change Management Communications Plan.
- Prepare the Change Agent Network for their tasks.
- Undertake planned tasks, including stakeholder management.
- Implement the approved Change Management Plan by allocating specific activities and tasks to members of the Change Agent Network and monitor the Change Agent Network during the execution of allocated tasks.
- Ensure that the Change Management project plan activities remain in step with the HQ Redevelopment project plan.
- Identify negative stakeholder perceptions about the project, and develop activities and communications to reverse negative perceptions and leverage positive ones.
- Set up stakeholder communications and feedback mechanisms for supporting robust exchange of messages and ideas between executives and the rest of the stakeholder community.
- Prepare and execute the agreed communication programme that leverages multiple channels for delivering messages across all stakeholder groups.
- Develop Change Agent Network’s capacity to implement and reinforce change post project closure
- Develop and submit all Change deliverables as documented in the PID and Change Project Plan
- Provide on the Job Training and Mentorship of two (2) ICL Botswana designated project managers.
Desired Minimum Qualifications, Qualities & Requirements
- lOyears’mlnimum experience in Change Management Consultancy.
- 10 years’extensive experience in Project Management
- Minimum of 10 years’experience in Software Development
- Minimum of lOyears experience in Training, Workshop and Seminar Facilitation
- A degree in B.Sc. (Hons). A degree in Computer and Microprocessor Systems will be an added advantage
- ERP Implementation experience
- A proven record of Systems Change Management Experience
- A proven record of System development and implementation
- Proven Training and Coaching capability for the development of an effective change management team
- Proven ability to lead a successful change management team
- Ability to meet deadlines, effective time management, results oriented
