TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – CHOPPIES

Choppies Distribution Centre(Pty)Ltd is looking for the following professional;

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER;

The applicant will be responsible for planning,training and coordinating;

Key performance Areas
-Develop,implement and monitor training programs within an organization.
-To add knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design.
-Conduct orientation sessions.
-Assess needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
-Create brochures and training materials.
-Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
-Implementing evaluation systems and processes.

Education
-A minimum of masters in business administration will be needed.
-BQA accreditation is an added advantage.
-Computer literacy is a must.

Background Experience
-A minimum of (5)year’s relevant experience.
-Ability to teach and instruct individuals and in groups.
Salary is negotiable based on experience, qualifications and skills.
