POSITION; STORES SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATION

The ideal candidate should have at least Diploma In Purchasing and Supply Management or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

The candidate should have at least two (2) year experience purchasing and supply ad materials handling environment.

Duties include but not limited to;

• To purchase stores stock items and spares in accordance with purchase orders raised by the User Department and regularly check the availability of items
• Daily supervises Stores supportive stall
• Promptness for any purchase orders of the required based on stock levels of diesel, spares and packaging materials
• Give proper stock records to Supervisor as and when required
• Monitor stock level on a daily basis and maintain the stock of spares at an optimum level
• Monitor and control the issuing of stock to all user departments
• Ensure stock Is properly stored
• Ensure stock count is performed on a daily basis
