POSITION: PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

•devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
•provision of general assistance during presentations
•screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
•meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
•organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
•carrying out background research and presenting findings
•producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
•organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
•liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
•carrying out specific projects and research

Requirements:

•Atleast Diploma in business administration/secretarial studies or any relevant field.
•Drivers licence is added advantage.
•A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
•Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous WITH TRACEABLE REFERENCE and certified copies of certificates.
•COMPUTER LITERATE
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
•Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
•ACTIVE PERSON.
