VACANCY: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Lesbians, Gays and Bisexuals of Botswana (LEGABIBO) is a registered Non-governmental, non-profit organization that advocates and promotes the human rights of lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgender and intersex persons. We are looking to recruit a Finance and Administration Manager

Job Summary

Manages LEGABIBO’s financial affairs and longer-term financial projections, controls and reporting mechanisms efficiently and effectively (Refer to LEGABIBO website for detailed Job Description)
Qualifications: Accounting and finance skills and post qualification experience with NGO and non-profit sector.

Experience: At least 5 years experience in a Managing role with 2 years experience with NGO and non-profit sector.

• Knowledge and experience working with bilateral and multi-lateral donors
• Proven financial analysis and forecasting ability
• Proven resource mobilization skills
• Proven management experience, including remote management of staff and office locations
• Multi-tasking, prioritization, ethical, integrity, credibility, and dedication
