HEAD OF HUMAN CAPITAL

JOB SUMMARY:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, monitoring and implementation of the Board’s Human Resources Strategy, policies, systems, procedures and practices geared towards promoting a conducive environment that will attract, develop, motivate, reward and retain suitably qualified employees. Facilitates and monitors the implementation of the human resources strategy and initiates the adoption of appropriate tools and approaches for the successful implementation of the human resources strategy. Manage administrative support services to enhance administrative capacity, to ensure that BAMB has the capacity to achieve its organisational and business objectives and meet shareholder and customer expectations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Degree in Human Resource Management/Public Administration/ Industrial Psychology or equivalent. Master’s degree would be an added advantage.

Experience:

At least 8 years post-graduate experience of which three years should have been spent at an Assistant Head of Human Capital.

Professional Membership:   Membership of a recognized Human Resources Management
