Administration Officer – Thiess

The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager Finance Africa, you will be responsible for administrative support services in Botswana.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Office administration duties including reception, planning and preparation for meetings, travel bookings, maintenance and update of the business unit’s electronic filing systems, general procurement and support as required to senior staff.

Qualifications and training required

· Completed Matriculation or equivalent Business Studies
· 3-5 years’ experience in similar role
· Strong technology skills (specifically in Microsoft Office)
