Permanent Position- Commercial Coordinator

We are looking for an individual who is eager to grow their career within CMA CGM Group

This position will be based in our Botswana Office, reporting to the Commercial Director

Responsibilities

• Meet and Exceed annual volume budget.
• Grow and Diversify customer base
• Develop and grow CMA CGM footprint in Botswana
• Create customer awareness of the CMA CGM brand and services
• Recommend new strategies in line with business growth objectives
• Market and Competitor feedback
• Optimise market coverage in a cost-effective manner
• Manage all discipline within Botswana region i.e. Sales, finance, Logistics, Equipment control, Documentation and General Administration

Experience and requirements

• 3 to 5 Years’ shipping line experience.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Intermediate to advance. Computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
