POSITION: SCANNER OPERATOR (x5)

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for operating the scanner or other imaging tools for use in the

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for scanning and quality checking of documents/images being converted to electronic/digital format.
• Ensure proper transfer of images for export and indexing
• Troubleshoots and adjusts equipment when necessary.
• Responsible for maintenance, set-up or repair of equipment
• Process documents timely and accurately according to job specification and their priority
• Consistently maintain set production quota while maintaining high quality
• Report and process issues and project concerns timely
• Adjusts to new ideas and methods and retains details
• Maintain accurate electronic records of work completed
• Able and available to work a flexible schedule on any given day with minimal notice

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working with imaging devices will be an added advantage

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in IT or related field
