DUTIES
The following duties to be performed in conformity to the legal framework and laid down company policies & procedures

• Debt collection
• Debtors reconciliation and resolving of queries promptly.
• Process invoices, credit notes and other transactions into accounting system
• Prepare periodic reports and meet deadlines
• Receive debtors payments, record them and make sure they are Banked intact on daily basis
• File and maintain records accurately
• Maintain good customer relationships
• Reporting to the Finance Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Accounting
• 3 years work experience
• Knowledge of Pastel Evolution
• Valid drivers license
• Experience in Courier business will be an added advantage.
