Coca-Cola Beverages Botswana is looking for a Business Systems Coordinator

Coca-Cola Beverages Botswana requires the services of a Business Systems Coordinator, reporting to the SHEQ Manager. The Business Systems Coordinator will be required to coordinate and manage the Business Management System inclusive of all internal as well as external audits and corrective action.Key Duties & Responsibilities Accountability 1- Performs and facilitates execution of administrative activities and procedures for the effective execution of own role

• Prepares and/or updates reports, correspondence and other documents timeously
• Communicates appropriate information to appropriate parties timeously
• Effectively manages scheduling in accordance to priority”

Accountability 2-Controlled documents in all functions

• Facilitate and coordinate the update of all documents & records through Achiever software (otherwise manually where software is not yet available).
• Co-ordinate document reviews.
• Administrate document data system.
• Train all relevant parties on document & data control.”

Accountability 3- Implemented Management System

• Construct a system implementation plan – liaise with SHEQ Manager
• Monitor implementation progress with regard to documentation and requirements (set up of spreadsheets)
• Develop and conduct training to ensure awareness and understanding of business systems
• Implementation of Local requirements & KORE requirements
• Liaise with relevant parties where KORE or legal Quality and Food Safety requirements change. Track implementation of changes.

Accountability 4-Ensured Internal Audit programme is in place

• Develop and track audit schedule.
• Develop/train and assess internal auditors.
• Participate in Internal Audits

Accountability 5 Ensured Corrective Action Programme is implemented and maintained.

• Ensure CA system is in place and tracked/monitored.
• Develop and track corrective actions.
• Develop/train staff to use CAP system.

Skills, Experience & Education Qualifications:

• Ideal: BSc degree or Bachelor degree in Environment, Safety Occupational Health and/or Food Technology
• Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001/45001 will be an added advantage

Experience:

• 2 years in a Business Systems Environment
• 2 years in a food-processing environment doing systems work. Preferably have auditing experience.
