VACANCY

Qualifications: Instructors certificate {fitness & wellness), and Trackable experience not less than 1 years

Competencies:

1. Corporate wellness program training
2. Individual and group program training experience
3. Health & nutrition competency
4. Ability to develop detailed wellness program for individual and groups

 

Duties

1. Instruction of fitness class during the scheduled days and times in accordance to fitness schedule and contract
2. Ensure all participants are registered OHFC members
3. Inform participants of the rules and regulations, as well as safety concerns related to the activity

4. Develop fitness routines, which follow proper technique and are appropriate for the individuals & group of participants at the time of each class

5. Compile progress report for wellness corporate programs
6. Beginning and ending fitness class on time; with adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool-down

7. Supervise weight training, spinning and cardiovascular equipment areas
8. Conduct spinning, aerobics and conditioning/toning classes
9. Give tours of the fitness center
10. Enforce all facility and program policies and ensure safety standards are met
11. In the case of an accident or injury, follow emergency procedure as outlined in orientation and submitting the appropriate injury report Gym Manager
12. Ensure proper housekeeping
