The job primarily entails monitoring network performance and escalating any performance degradations to the relevant teams for resolution. The Incumbent also evaluates faults and generate a report on gaps and non-compliance issues to the set targets by NOC and Support teams with reasons for non-compliance and drives improvements.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- B.Eng./BSc Electrical and Electronics/Telecommunications, or equivalent
