Accounting Clerk

Key Responsibilities Include:
Processing Payments/Invoices i.e Contractor Payments, Customer Refunds Preparing Reports and Reconciling Bank Statements
Entering key financial data in database
Bookkeeping
Ensuring expenses are within budget
Data entry and word processing skills
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas Processing claims from different Medical Aid companies

Experience,

Qualifications and Skills Required:
Relevant Accounting Qualification
1 year relevant experience
Knowledge of Accounting Principles
Experience with Quickbook Software a Must
Must be able to work under pressure – Accuracy and Attention to Detail Innovative and Ethical
Data entry and word processing skills Numerical Ability
Positive and motivated individual
