The successful candidate will have:

• A graduate degree
• A proven track record as an administrator of an international school
• 5 years in educational leadership
• A passion for educational excellence
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• CIS and IB Accreditation experience
• Cultural intelligence to promote an inclusive environment that nurtures the needs of alt key stakeholders (students, parents, staff, school community, Government)

Other preferred competencies :

• A good working understanding of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme
