HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTANT- Organisational Development (OD) wanted at Resource Logic

Reporting to the Senior Human Capital Consultant, the position will be responsible mainly for facilitating end to end recruitment and selection processes for clients.

THE JOB

Responsibilities will include, among others, the following;

• Receiving briefs from clients.
• Developing job advertisements.
• Candidate profiling.
• Reviewing applications and shortlisting.
• Developing competency based interview questionnaires.
• Conducting competency based interviews.
• Report writing.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Preparing proposals.
• Soliciting new business.

THE PERSON

The right candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, Psychology or, Human Resources.
• At least three (3) years post qualification experience operating in the Human Capital space.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
