VACANCY:
A Sales and Distribution company based in Shashe is looking for an Invoicing Clerk.
Responsibilities;
• Invoicing Customers
• Liaising with Customers to deal with Queries
• Coordinating with Dispatch team to ensure orders are loaded

• Coordinate with Drivers to receive the Credit Notes after Deliveries
• Assisting the Warehouse Manager with Month end stock take.
Any other duties that may be assigned.
Experience, Qualification and Skills Required;
• Certificate/or Diploma in Accounting
• Experience using Sage Pastel is a must
• Proficient in Excel
Candidates must have the following characteristics;
