Botswana Agricultural Marketing Board (BAMB) seeks the services of a qualified, innovative, results oriented and self-driven individual for the position of Business Process Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

To evaluate the organisations processes and point out places where it can improve performance and also help to develop a strategy that the company can implement to streamline processes and reduce cost.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or a relevant Business Degree.

Experience: Four (4) years’ experience in business analysis or process mapping and reengineering with the following;

• Strong proficiency with MS office suite and MS Visio required
• Experience with an integrated ERP system desirable
• Experience in SQL data extractions and analysis is an added advantage Q Experience within retail environment is an added advantage
