The school principal will be required to do the following:

# To grow the school
# Oversee the school’s day to day operations
# To coordinate all school activities like day school, afternoon program and holiday program
# To keep up with the latest trends in the field of Special needs
# To work hand in hand with all specialists working with the learners
# To lead the school results analysis committee
# To ensure implementation and monitoring of performance appraisals for school personnel
# Must be computer literate and championing the school IPad project
# Must be an effective listener, discreet and problem solver
# Must empower teachers
