KNIGHT FRANK BOTSWANA Property Consultants Is in search of a well qualified and experienced:

DIRECTOR and GENERAL MANAGER:

Head of Property Management and Operations and to carry out statutory valuations and maintain strong relationships with existing domestic and international clients, promote co-operation between the firm’s offices in the region and globally with a minimum of over 25 years experience in a similar position. Experience is required of markets across the region as is a sound knowledge of both commercial and residential property markets.

Qualification in Business Organization, Bachelors of Honours or Property Management and Valuation. Applicants should be a full member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers.

Preference will be given to candidates holding a degree in Estate Management or Related Course and Experience in the discipline.
