We invite Qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following positions that are vacant in our organization:

Operations Manager – Mining

Qualification: Applicant must possess Diploma/ Degree or equivalent In Mining Engineering/Geology or related field from an internationally recognised University/College with at least five (5) years HANDS ON experience as Operations Manager in a Quarry Mining Industry.

Requirements: Applicant must have extensive experience in daily operations of burrow pit and/or quarry mining. He/She will be responsible for sales and marketing of production. The Incumbent will be involved with adhering to safety standards and ensuring that all safety protocols are in place. He/She must be a good communicator and have teamwork skills as He/She will regularly interact with Clients, Mining staff and the Community. Applicant must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively coordinate staff. The Incumbent must be able to plan production throughout the process stages to ensure timely delivery to Clients.
