MANAGER (GROUP BUSINESS – Life) wanted at Hollard

Job Purpose:

Manage and meet the requirements pertaining to the efficient and accurate performance of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivating a cost-conscious high- performance culture aimed at achieving excellence through the provision of timeous service delivery to our insured clientele.

• Manage and lead Policy Administrators for Group Life business.
• Ensure proper and accurate Group Life administration.
• Provide Management with monthly product Gross production reports.
• Provide executive support to Head of Operations.
• Structure and implement business administration processes for Group Life (EB), Group Funeral, Group Mortgage schemes and Credit Life.
• Analyse performance and prepare management reports.
• Assist with the processing and authorization of claims across all products.

Required Qualifications:

• A Degree in Insurance/business equivalent relevant field
• IISA COP – Basics of Long-Term Insurance
