Construction Project Planner – TKM Engineering

TKM Engineering, a local Building & Civil Engineering Contractor, is looking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced person for the position of Construction Project Planner.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management or a related subject.
2. Membership of a recognized professional body.
3. A minimum of four (4) years of experience is required.
4. Extensive knowledge on planning and scheduling various pro; us workloads, tracking the schedule and estimating cost.
5. Knowledge of production rates.
6. Good understanding of FIDIC suite of contracts and contractual Management
7. Experience in the usage of Microsoft Project and other Project Management computer applications.
8. Necessary skills include; good communication, excellent planning, and an aptitude to learn new computer programs.
