MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• Supervision of CIT Control centre
• Monitor movement of CIT vehicles
• Supervise CIT Crew
• Any other duties as assigned by the Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
• Certificate in any business related qualifications with BGCSE
• Applicants should have undergone Basic training in smoke box operation and handling procedures
• Computer literate
• 5 years’ experience working under CIT department
• Driver’s license with a minimum of two years
• Fluent in both Setswana and English
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service ethics
• Good Communication skills(written & Verbal)
• Strong risk management and investigations
• Attention to details
• Strong team player
• Be able to work under pressure with less supervision
