Introduction
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for implementing and coordinating all marketing, communications, public relations and brand management strategies and activities aimed at increasing customer and stakeholder engagement and experience, as well as promoting the Hospital’s brand image and market positioning. The position is also responsible for overseeing corporate social responsibilities of the Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinates implementation and aligns marketing, communications, public relations and brand strategies to the Hospital ’s overall strategy.
•Oversees and coordinates hospital -wide engagement strategies and activities.
•Implements branding campaigns and advises management on marketing strategies that will achieve business objectives and long term financial growth and viability.
•Oversees creation of hospital’s public relations/awareness locally, regionally and internationally.
•Attends network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with stakeholders and professional bodies..
•Develops and implements the hospital’s internal and external communications strategies and plans.
•Manages the hospital’s corporate and social responsibility programs.

Requirements
Minimum Job Requirements

•A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with at least three (3) years post qualification
• At least 5 years work experience on the same role
