Successful drivers communicate clearly to the customer, deliver product on time and safely, and perform these roles while properly managing their time. You also need experience handling truck-trailer combinations.

Job Requirements

1. Transport deliveries safely to their destination locations on time.
2. Determine the most efficient route to destinations to ensure timely delivery.
3. Maintain records of routes and times in accordance with road safety laws, as well as company policy.
4. Inspect and maintain vehicles and all related equipment, putting in repair requests as necessary to maintain safe operation.
5. Relay customer feedback, including concerns, complaints, damaged deliveries, returns, and competitive knowledge whenever it is presented
6. ability to drive outside Botswana- trips to South Africa
7. have a valid Botswana passport

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Class B and EC drivers license
• At least one year of professional driving experience

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Customer service skills
• trustworthy and dependable
