LEADER – ELECTRIC TEST BOARD ENGINEER

• Degree in Engineering preferable Electrical and Electronics
• At least 3 Years as Test Equipment Engineer
• Workplace Engineering & Ergonomics

Key Responsibility Areas

• Management of Test Equipment Department and related personnel (Test equipment Engineers and technicians) including recruitment, assessment, promotion, demotion, disciplinary procedures, day-to- day coordination, leave planning, etc.
• Release, Change and Control of Technical Specifications for Product, Processes and Procedures in Cooperation and Agreement with Group Development Department, including local Deviations in Agreement with Customer
• Perform duties of Test Board Engineer.
• Contribute to implementing test desks (before SOP) and be responsible for it (after SOP)

Contribute to change management in terms of test engineering

To perform any other lawful and reasonable

duties as directed by management Continuously evaluate Test equipment performance and make continuous improvements
