Job Description

• General administration that is recruitment related
• Researching the job market and competitors of existing clients
• Qualifying suitable candidates again job requirements
• CV submission to open positions
• Continually obtaining a thorough understanding of prospective client companies and job specs
• Client visits and presentations may be required depending on the situation and location.
• Consistently advising candidates where necessary during the job process.
• Searching CVs for positions, and uploading CV references online
• Interviewing, profiling and screening candidates strategically and accurately
• In every CV submission, obtaining relevant paperwork required and supporting documents as the standard minimum requirement of the company, in the specifically prescribed way.
• Uploading detailed information of relevant records and maintenance thereof.
• Arranging interviews, confirmation thereof, submission of interview information, and prepping candidates accordingly.
• Market research, getting referrals.
• Professional interaction and communication with candidates at all times.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric or GCSE Certificate
• Minimum 3- 5 yrs relevant recruitment experience
• Checkable references
• Excellent Oral and written English language skills
• Computer literate
• Available full time as within a designated function
