MAINTENANCE OFFICER – BOTSWANA TELECOMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION

Reporting to Property and Facilities Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for day to day reactive maintenance reports and faults of BTC property and facilities, supervise property and facilities outsourced contracts and monitor services level agreements (SLA) of contractors.

You will be required to inspect and carry- out quality checks on maintenance works and new projects / developments to detect design malfunctions and ensure conformance to design specifications and applicable codes, plan and conduct field surveys to locate new sites and analyse details of projects sites, to maintain property cycle maintenance records and ensure uninterrupted availability of building services and utilities in all BTC Premises.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with two (2) years post qualification experience in property maintenance management. Membership of a professional association will be an added advantage.
