Job Responsibilities
Requirement gathering and analysis, and design of each application modules and their interfaces
Develop source codes to implement mission critical application and their interfaces
Review and verify software bug reports via web based tools, email, and telephone
Installation and configuration of software bug patch fixes for Oracle/Solaris based, C++, java , and J2EE based software products
Conduct user acceptance tests and training onsite
Deploy applications ready for operational purposes on site
Customer facing management of outstanding customer issues regarding software implementation and application support
Resolve issues encountered by customer

Qualifications
Minimum a degree in application development or other relevant field
At least 2 years of java software development and support experience
Knowledge of Solaris/Linux, Oracle, Reports development, and/ or J2EE required
Knowledge of API’s, XML, Java, Service Oriented Platform, Application and Web services (SOAP & REST) preferred
Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Database 11g R2 using RAC, Data Guard, Partitioning, Advanced Compression and Secure file is an advantage
Good Customer Service, verbal/written communication skills and a team player
Proven ability to Troubleshoot and resolve a problem
Able to work independently, effectively and dedicated to complete assigned tasks to meet project
