Duties:
◾Keep a thorough record of petty cash transactions and capture them in the system daily
◾Prepare a petty cash report weekly and reconcile account monthly
◾Request, manage and capture supplier invoices
◾Reconcile supplier accounts monthly and prepare payments
◾Manage bank accounts deposits and reconcile accounts monthly
◾Keeping records of customer’s accounts and making follow ups on payments daily
◾Post and allocate customer payments
◾Assist senior accounting and management with any tasks conducted within the accounting department
◾Assist in budget preparation activities

Requirements:
◾A Diploma in Accounting or equivalent e.g AAT
◾Competency in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
◾Organizational, verbal and written communication skills is a must
◾Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
◾Minimum 2 years in an accounting environment
