RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers
· Introducing the organization’s products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process
· Initiating repeated orders by follow up phone calls after the customers’ purchases
· Carrying out market research on how to address customers
· Preparation of sales reports and caparisons of competitors’ offer condition

REQUIREMENTS

· Experience in the area of sales is a plus
· Ability to stay professional and focused in stressful situations

· Experience or knowledge in pharmaceuticals will be an added advantage

· Strong customer-orientation and communication skills
· Dispenses medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.
· Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions.
· Maintains records for controlled substances and removes outdated and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory.
· Supervises the work results of support personnel.
· supply prescribed and over-the-counter medicines to the general public in a retail pharmacy (such as a local chemist), and give advice to customers on the safe use of medicines and possible side effects.
· Ordering and purchasing pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, or drugs
· Maintaining stock and storing and handling it properly
· Experience in retail
· Degree in Pharmacy
