Senior Administrator

Well stabilised and growing catering company 70 km out Maun are currently seeking for a senior administrator.

The successful candidate will report directly to the financial manager and duties include the following:

* Handling and reconciliation of daily petty cash

* Assisting with collecting of all information from various sites

* Assisting on monthly billing

* Daily creditors and stock take checks and ensure all deadlines are met

* Handling of all salary schedules

*Daily creditors and stock take checks

* Ensuring all bookkeeping tasks and reconciliations are completed in timely manner

Requirements:

* Must be Batswana

* must be fully computer literate and knowledge of windows Office programs

* Accounting qualification will be an advantage

* minimum of 3 years experience in the industry

* Excellent communication and organization skills

* Motivated and driven person

* Prepared to stay on site alternatively daily travelling to site
