Introduction
Botho Park is a part of Botho University group and looks after real estate development and maintains education, residential and commercial real estate in Botswana. Botho Park seeks to recruit dedicated, ambitious, quality focused and systems driven candidate for the following position: This position requires a person who will oversee financials, accounts and investments of the Botho Group of companies. As part of an executive management team, The CFM will interact with various members of a company, both Senior and Junior level.

Specification
•This role involves managing the entire accounts and finance departments of the University campuses across the African Continent and
the finance management of the property and infrastructure.
•Advising on long term business and financial planning.
•Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
•Proficiency in use of computer systems, application and accounting packages is required.

Requirements
•Degree in Commerce or accounting should be the entry level and must be professionally qualified such as CIMA, ACCA, FCA or any
relevant qualifications with a strong background in IFRS and Botswana and African countries tax laws.
•Must be an Associate member of BICA and have more than 10 years post qualification experience.
•Experience in handling similar roles in a large organisation preferred.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft office, GP, Campus nexus and accounting Packages such as Sage, VIP, Pastel.
