Admin Assistant

A travel & tours company is looking for a young, energetic and vibrant lady to fill the position of Admin Assistant in its Gaborone office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Good marketing and interpersonal skills
• A high level of oral and written communication skills
• Must have a driver’s license (1 year minimum) and valid passport
• Fluent in both English and Setswana
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated initiative and an ability to problem solve in the work-place;
• A high level of organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Excellent computer skills, including experience of word processing, spreadsheets, databases and mail clients.

Work experience in this area will be an added advantage.
