EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK MANAGEMENT TOOL: MAS02S/2019 – MASCOM

Companies with demonstrable experience in implementation and support of a TELECOMMUNICATlONSNETWORK MANAGEMENT TOOL are invited to submit their profiles for shortlisting and consideration to participate in the tender for Supply, Implementation and Support of a TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK MANAGEMENT TOOL for Mascom Wireless Botswana (PTY) Ltd.

PARTICIPATING COMPANIES

Interested companies must have a reliable track record of at least 5 years in implementation and support of a TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK MANAGEMENT TOOL. The Proposal must be accompanied by the folkwing:

1. Company Profile
2. Certified Copy of a valid trading license, copy of valid tax clearance certificate and Certificate of incorporation.
3. Certified valid copies of ID’s for Directors and shareholders.
4. Certified copies of Share Certificates.
5. Atleast (3) Reference letters (past and current clients in the last 5 years) in relation Supply. Implementation and Support of a TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK MANAGEMENT TOOL. (Reference letters should include: name of organization, value of project project duration and contacts details.

HIGH LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

The tool must have Fault Management module, Manager of Managers, Reporting and integrated to an ITSM tool .However detailed scope of work and specifications will be shared with to the shortlisted bidders only.
