Manager (Francistown)

Responsibilities:
• Manages and Coordinates the day to day activities of the business, by ensuring that the business runs smoothly.
• Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements.
• Make sure the transport operation meets its performance and safety targets, monitoring it and reporting to the Director.
• Writes reports and present options and recommendations to senior management.
• Advise on policy and strategic developments and examine business decisions (pricing policy, level of service)
• Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with Botswana Laws and regulations particularly relating to safety.
• Meet passengers and customers to deal with complaints and areas of concern.
• Analyze results of surveys on customer satisfactions.
• Make sure that transport services are available to customers.
• Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met.
• Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.
• Ensure that the fleet is well maintained and documentation is done.
• Make sure that all service providers are paid well in time
