SENIOR PRODUCTS OFFICER (GABORONE) – BPS 33/2/2 Vol.1 (39) – BOTSWANAPOST

JOB SUMMARY

– Responsible for managing new and old products by research, development, monitoring and support of all aspects of a product lifecycle and its performance.
– Conduct organizational business model analysis to provide guidance on the market positioning of the company in line with market shifts and dynamics.
– To provide management oversight for all phases of business projects to ensure effective and efficient delivery of projects in accordance with set standards.

The position directly reports to the Research & Products Manager.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, finance, business, statistics or equivalent. A Master’s Degree would be an added advantage. A professional qualification or certification in project management is a must have.

EXPERIENCE:

– A minimum of 5 years of progressive product or business management experience is required. Proven record of success in coordinating product development projects is a plus, and a clear understanding of the consumer and financial services/banking products is desirable
