IT Business Analyst – Botswana Medical Aid Society (Bomaid)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Implement the User Training Plan for all internal and external users of Bomaid business systems.
• Identifies Training Needs for Users of Bomaid IT Systems.
• Documentations, Optimisation and Automation of key business processes.
• Implements information and data management solutions
• Monitors systems performance in assisting Business Units achieve agreed service levels.
• Implement Management Dashboards.
• Automate Management and Operational Reports.
• Implement Business Intelligence Solutions as per business need.
• Identifies future requirements for business applications as well as information data management solutions
• Software quality assurance
• Documents and creates technical specification documents for new implementations of business systems.
• Performs any other duties as directed by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Information Systems or related field.
• A Certificate in Project Management
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst.
