Human Resource Manager

Job Purpose:

To implement strategic human resources activities and maintain functions such as employee compensation, talent management, recruitment, training, and payroll.

Position Requirements:

Education

A Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational or Industrial Development or any other related fields.

Experience

At least 5-8 years of experience in HR management with a strong background in manpower planning and recruitment. organisational development, compensation, performance management, payroll and industrial relations.

Key Competencies

Information Management, Self-Management, Organisational awareness. Relationship Management, Transformation Leadership, Self-driven, Partnership, Communication skills, entrepreneurial.
