Office Assistant – African Drifters

Afrinature Conservation T/A African Drifters is looking for an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, bookkeeping, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office duties and errands and any additional information that Safari staff might need when interacting with a guest.

The successful candidate will be working under the office manager and director.

Qualifications:
• Certificate or diploma in Travel and tourism/ travel management
• or Certificate in Secretarial services
• BGCSE

Experience:
• At least 1 year in the safari industry
• A valid Class B driver’s license
• Prdp Special
• Knowledge of National Parks and game reserves will be added advantage
