Main purpose of the job

To ensure guests get sufficient friendly good service, to ensure billing, switchboard reservation & filing system are maintained correctly

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality Operations
• Cambridge Certificate

• Computer literacy
• Good communications skills
• Positive Attitude
• Customer Oriented
• Fluent in English
• Well groomed
• Two years work experience
• Ability to work under pressure and long hours
• Knowledge of Apex and Plus point software will be an added advantage
