Service Centre Technician Wanted – Accurate Payroll Botswana

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that all paperwork is attached when receiving repairs from field marketers/area Managers/Reverse Logistics
• Machines tagged with relevant book in information
• Full assessment to be done before repairing the unit
• Allocate spare part to Omni job card/machine (Warranty Repair/Out of Warranty Repair)
• Repair/Quote of repair after assessment
• spare part allocation/QC Paper work attached to relevant job card
• Prioritise urgent repairs – Manage SLA report/Job Allocations
• Prioritise completed repair delivery
• Meet daily target on repairs
• Daily reports (Production sheet) to be submitted to administrator
• Spare part ordering
• Manage inventory (Cycle Counts/Mid Year/FY end Stock Take)

Requirements
• N3-N6 Mechanical/Electrical Low/High voltage qualification
• Attention to detail
• Good Customer relations
