Registration Officer – Insurance Academy of Botswana

We are seeking a Registration Officer who will be responsible for delivering student registration administration to support the effective and efficient administration of the student/client registration process.

As a Registrations Officer you will have excellent phone manner, confidence to interact with colleagues, prospective students and industry stakeholders.

Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

– Demonstrated experience in the provision of administrative and customer service support
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across a wide range of stakeholders
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
– Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet business objectives
– Proven organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
– Formal Education – Degree/Diploma
– 2 Years’ Experience in the training industry/Customer service environment

Key responsibilities

– Render client services
– Adhere to client service procedures, registration applications and general enquiries
– Update student personal details
– Provide correct and accurate advice to clients on courses, iAB services and terms and conditions
– Liaise with relevant departments to gather information to resolve clients queries
– Maintain required business aquisition rate
– Handle all complaints and enquiries
– Escalate complaints to Manager and Complaints Handling Officer
– Handle all incoming calls and walkin clients
