Real Debt Recovery is looking for talented individuals to assume the post below,

JOB ADVERT: FINANCE AND ADMIN MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• lead on financial management, accounting and scenario planning ensuring Restless Development is transparent, accountable, and able to mitigate risks

• maintaining oversight of income, cash flows, accounting and financial processes across the organization.

• Produce monthly accounts and variance analysis for decision making

• Prepare annual budgets and cash requests

• Implement internal and external audit recommendations

• Manage monthly payroll and ensure necessary deductions and reimbursements are processed against staff accounts

• Ensure that cheque books, purchase order books, etc are accounted for and kept in a safe and secure custody

• Ensure that bank reconciliation as well as debtors and creditors statements are done monthly and any other duties as may be assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any relevant degree

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant position including direct responsibility for staff and organizational budget

• Sound knowledge of accounting systems

• Sound knowledge of financial management and control rules

• Excellent verbal and communication skills

• Target driven and achievement driven

• Proactive, hands on and flexible
